Amazing Apple Bites

Frigo® Cheese Heads® String Cheese adds a delightfully savory twist to this crisp classic.

Ingredients

  • 2 Frigo® Cheese Heads® String Cheese sticks
  • 1 red or green apple, cut into 12 slices
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Caramel sauce

Directions

  1. Pull each Frigo® Cheese Heads® String Cheese stick in half lengthwise, cut each half into 3 pieces.
  2. Using a small wooden pick, skewer each cheese piece with an apple slice.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and drizzle with caramel sauce.
