Cut each Frigo® Cheese Heads® Pepper Jack String Wisconsin Snacking Cheese stick in half lengthwise, then into 1/8-inch thick half-moons.
In a medium bowl, toss the cheese together with the pico de gallo and set aside.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the olive oil, butter and garlic. Heat until the butter is melted and the mixture just begins to foam. Then, brush both sides of the baguette slices with the butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake until they’re golden, about 8–12 minutes, turning halfway through.
Top each slice with the pepper jack pico de gallo and serve immediately.
