Nachos in No Time

Frigo® Cheese Heads® String Cheese puts a speedy, delicious spin on one of America's favorite snacks!

Ingredients

  • 14 tortilla chips
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 2 Frigo® Cheese Heads® Swirls®  Cheese sticks
  • Sour cream

Directions

  1. Place chips on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Top with salsa and Frigo® Cheese Heads® Swirls® Cheese sticks pulled into strips.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with a dollop of sour cream.

TIP: For extra-hearty nachos, add 1/4 cup canned chili before topping with cheese.
